Chris Pavasaris has been part of some of the most elite organizations: playing NCAA Division I football, working in highly-involved positions in the US Senate, earning a Masters Degree in Divinity from Yale, and spending time in the financial services industry. His diverse experience in high-pressure situations and his training in individual and group emotional dynamics through politics and chaplaincy bring a radically unique perspective to leadership and emotional intelligence.
Chris believes that we all communicate through story both directly and on a subconscious level. Gaining an awareness of how this common language of emotional communication impacts ourselves and those around us is invaluable in building effective constructive dialogue among and between individuals.
